How to Order:
Once the SOI is submitted, the local regional Airgas team will reach out to the members to discuss needs and scope of work. When ready to move forward, the member will sign a Member Specific Addendum, or equivalent document. A Human Sample Storage Rider (HSSR) may also be required.
